We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

• Items damaged after delivery

That being said, we absolutely stand behind the quality of what we sell. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thomas@michiganharvestlane.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo of the damage or defect

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a refund if the item is no longer in stock.

• Due to limited inventory, replacements are subject to availability.

• We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, so please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders ship within 3–5 business days once products become available. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may be affected by weather or carrier delays.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
